Our Chef
Chef Sang Tae, began his culinary journey in Japanese cuisine and has since traveled the world in search of inspiration. From Mexico City—Latin America’s culinary capital—to Montreal, Paris, Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto, he has explored diverse food cultures and techniques. He now brings these experiences and inspirations to the plate, creating dishes that tell his story through flavor and craft.
